This NT Tourism brief presented the clear and present upside of a job, and a tourism career pathway in the Northern Territory, in sync with their campaign objectives. We were tasked with specifically showcasing the opportunities of a career in tourism and communicating to the cohort that tourism is an attractive industry for workers. The benefits of jobs in the Northern Territory included being more varied, less confined, more flexible, active, friendly and more people connected.
Result
Enhanced by the creative and stand-out art direction, we wanted to convey excitement so strong that it is almost tinged with disbelief. A feeling that would trigger, motivate and enrol our target markets. Given the nature of our audiences this was not a situation in which to lay elaborate creative breadcrumb trails so the style of communication needed to be simple, direct and fresh as the opportunities they were offering.
This allowed us to set up an unlimited range of all the incredible things that a job in NT tourism offers, with a refreshing question and answer format. In whatever category we wanted to ask…. “Where do you get a job like that?”. Campaign Development across all traditional media including Video, Reels and Social Media, OOH and print. Other activity included Channel Planning, Creative Rollout, Paid Social Management.
